Senior Account Manager
Apply NowWe're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Coupler.io, a data integration platform used by marketers, analysts, and ops teams at 200k companies worldwide.
If you're someone who genuinely enjoys understanding how businesses work, building trust with clients, and helping people get real value from a product they use every day, this role is for you.
You'll lead live demos, guide clients through onboarding, grow existing accounts, and work closely with teams across marketing, product, and customer success to make sure every client interaction counts. If this sounds like a great fit, we’d love to receive your CV!
* This role is open for CET-aligned hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Please apply only if you can commit to one of these windows.
Your skills
- 2+ year of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Experience with live demos and discovery calls. You can run a product walkthrough, handle objections, and move deals forward.
- Experience working with SaaS contracts with an average value of $5K+ per year. You understand how B2B deals are structured and what drives renewals.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- CRM experience. You use it to manage pipeline, not just to report on it.
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner. You can get up to speed on a complex product and explain it clearly.
- Analytical and consultative mindset. You listen carefully, identify the real problem behind a request, and recommend solutions that actually fit.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Open deals, active accounts, and partner conversations at the same time.
Would be a plus
- Knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Understanding of marketing tools, workflows, or MarTech platforms.
- Experience working with or selling to marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with Coupler.io or similar data integration tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Run live demos. This is the core of the role — expect 70%+ of your time on calls with prospective and new clients, guiding them from first touchpoint to product adoption and multi-year contracts.
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers. Manage the full inbound sales cycle: qualify, demo, follow up, negotiate, and close.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts. Identify upsell opportunities, expand usage within accounts, and convert annual contracts into multi-year commitments.
- Manage solution partners and resellers. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
- Own account health end-to-end. Help clients get genuine, ongoing value from the product, connect them with new features, optimize their setup, and stay ahead of their evolving needs.
- Keep CRM data accurate and actionable. Maintain clean records of all interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain onboarding and sales documentation. Contribute to guides, case descriptions, and knowledge base content that makes the onboarding experience better for every client.
- Collaborate across teams. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience from first demo to long-term retention.
- Monitor and improve your own performance. Review calls, track conversion rates, and bring concrete suggestions for improving the sales process.
